From his garden to mine . . . . I spent my childhood summers at his side, hip deep in lush vegetation. He passed away in August the same month we moved into our new house, with the big yard. This blog is about what I remember and honoring his memory in the dirt, in the rain, in the heat, waist deep in tomatoes, cucumbers, and radishes.
